Your association may wish to offer tiered membership dues so that members can select a membership that is more meaningful to them and you can generate additional revenue. With the Benefit Tracking module you are able to tie benefits to memberships and easily track and report on their usage. This will allow you to easily demonstrate membership value so your members renew. In this session you will learn how to implement benefit tracking.
GrowthZone’s Continuing Education module can accommodate complex scenarios as well as basic  tracking of completed continuing education hours/credits. This session will detail how to set up a certification in the Continuing Education module, how to track completion of hours/credits, and the various ways of reporting on and viewing progress.
Email Designer is a drag and drop interface that allows you to create vibrant, graphical templates, newsletters, and emails. This session will give a general overview of the options and tools within the Email Designer interface and get you on the way to sending amazing content to your members!
If you are using the Expo module, you can add and manage exhibitors to your events on the Event page. The Expo module allows you to easily manage every aspect, including creating and publishing an exhibitor event page, accept online registrations, assign booths and manage communications with exhibitors.
If you subscribe to the Expo module, you will have an option to add Sessions to your event (you can do this either when then event is created, or to an existing event). Sessions will allow you to schedule multiple "mini-events" within the event itself. In this course you will learn how to add sessions to your event and manage registrations for those sessions.
The GrowthZone Forms/Surveys module enables you to quickly create and publish custom web forms and surveys. In this session, participants will learn how to create, distribute and analyze forms.
One of the great features of GrowthZone is The Info Hub, a member center that enables your users to access key information and actively engage with your organization. This session will walk through the various settings and options available to apply to your Info Hub as well as how to launch your Info Hub to your members and how to manage usernames and passwords.
Sooner or later, your association is going to have a member who can't or won't pay their dues. While your processes may vary, your GrowthZone software provides several functions to assist you in managing unpaid invoices. In this session, participants will learn how to identify members with unpaid dues, resend invoices and mass drop those members.
GrowthZone allows you to easily generate invoices for upcoming membership dues and deliver those invoices.  In this session, participants will learn the basics of generating and delivering invoices for their membership billing, as well as reviewing and redelivering past due invoices.
The GrowthZone Fundraising module provides the functionality to manage fundraising campaigns for both pledge based and non-pledge donations. In this session, participants will learn the basics of setting up and managing fundraiser campaigns.
The Store Module is a module that allows the association to sell additional resources/products to members. Via the store you can sell physical products, digital downloads and more. In this session, participants will learn how to setup and manage their online store.
The Web Content Module allows you to create web-site pages Hot Deals, Job Postings, Blogs, News Releases and Testimonials This is a great way to support and promote your members, and organization! In this session participants will learn how to setup and manage web content.
The GrowthZone Marketing Automation module provides the functionality to set up automated workflows designed specifically around varying communication goals. This session will walk through the module's abilities, show how to create a new workflow, and provide several workflow examples. Recommended prerequisites: GrowthZone Solution Overview ( live or recorded ), GrowthZone Communications ( live or recorded ), Creating an Email List/Committee , Smart/Dynamic Lists.
The Project Management module will help you to organize and manage projects from beginning to end. The module can be used to manage your member acquisition, member on-boarding, events, and more. If you have projects that are repeatable (such as member on-boarding) you can create a project template to be re-used, saving you time. In this session, participants will learn the initial setup functions for working with the project/tasks module as well as setting up and managing your projects.
Reporting is an integral part of your GrowthZone system. This session will cover some of the common functions of reports, as well as providing some tips and additional options within reports. We will also cover the Billing, Contacts and Membership reports you should know.
The Sponsorships/Ads module is a powerful tool that allows you to track event sponsors within the database as well as publish ads on various pages of your website. This training will view what both of those elements look like "in action" and then walk you through setting them up in the database.
